Personal note: I've always enjoyed mythology, thus kitsunes from japanese got my attention. I wasn't in it for some trend. I looked up all there is to know on kitsune. They live only 999 years, only Inari their god, can reach 1000. They got a slight attraction to humans. Dream manipulations, possession, shape shifting, make their own fire to control, use illusions to trick, extremely powerful as a single tail of theirs can cause an earthquake.
