A cute thick collar with a nice big bell. It's sculpted, more or less low-prim. No features, no scripts, just something cute to wear.

This collar is huge
I had to grab a resize script because it was already smallest prims. A good -35 to fit my av, and it's not even that small. Aside from having to grab a resizer and maybe wanting a lighter colored shader texture, sooo cute~
