To use this, just drop a notecard (with any name) and a Landmark (with any name) into the objects content window.
Thats it! No need to configure!
To do this just rez and right click/edit and go to the contents tab.
Then from your inventory drag and drop your landmark and notecard in and thats it!
It will tell the person that clicked it in local chat:
Kitty Pedigree Giver: Thank you for requesting this information
Then It will send a message to you in local chat:
Kitty Pedigree Giver: Kitty Pedigree given at (sim name) has just been used by (avatar name).
This way you will know who and when someone had interest in your Wildwood Kitty.
The cat is mod so you can change the size :)
