This is a prim model individual Klingon Communicator Badge. Not the usual "picture on a prim" type badges.
Simply attach it to fit (default is left upper arm) to complement your uniform.

I wanted a Klingon badge to wear with my outfit for the "Snail Trek" Giant Snail races. It may be prim, but the detail work is great. The price is more than reasonable. I'm vey happy with my purchase.
