This is a really basic skin I made for the kobold, this is for the no tail version mind you and the the skin isn't 100% white its got a nice blue tinge to it. The hex color value of the neck area is e5e8f8 so if you can manage to make/mod an Absol head texture with that sort of white as its darkest color you're all set. The hex color for the blue is 1f2a6e.
