You require a mesh head from brands Lelutka, TMP, SLink to use this, or enable your mesh head to take OMEGA (sold separately, also available at .:KosmO:. store location. OMEGA is available for brand such as Catwa, LOGO, Akeruka, please check with your mesh head designers for details)
This is an UNIVERSAL INSTALLER: it works with all skin tones and brands without limitation.

It is meant to be unisex, but please check attached picture to understand if you like how it fits on different gender mesh heads. Thank you.
