The Rental Clock tracks the due date and time remaining on your rental.
To get get started, visit your rental box and note the time remaining in weeks, days, and hours.
Then, use the menu to set the clock to the same values. It will count down the time remaining and send reminders on 7 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 days and 0 days remaining to the owner and any other avatars added to the system. On the final day, additional alerts will be sent to the owner and named tenants at 12 hours, 8 hours, 4 hours and 2 hours before the rent expires.
The dial provides a visual at-a-glance indicator of the time remaining on your rental. The digital display shows the weeks, days, and hours remaining.
Add up to 9 co-tenants. The owner and all tenants will receive alerts via Instant Messages on 7, 3, 2, 1, and 0 days remaining on the rental.
