This is a 80 prim structure, with scripted doors and a tp system for 2nd and 3rd floor access. The tp system is lag free and guaranteed to work at any height. Lockable sliding doors with custom sliding wooden door sounds, are linked to the structure. There is a "secret" door for access to the balcony from the 2nd floor.
Beautifully detailed textures make this building pleasant to look at. Alpha textures where used on the inside only, to avoid that annoying vanishing effect that happens when one alpha texutre is behind another. Also this adds some privacy. You can see out but others can't see in.
With a 30x30 footprint and 20x20x7 rooms this is a nice sized place for 1 or 2 ppl. The entire structure is linked as one item. And support is happily given.
