Included are a left and right shoe, and a color change hud with 24 color textures. The shoes are unboxed so you can put them on without boxing, but it is recommended you make copies. By default, the shoes are attached to "L Lower Leg" and "R Lower Leg" and can to repositioned, rotated, and resized to fit your avatar's foot. Hide foot alphas.
