L' Casita basic (version home only)

L'Casita has a land impact of 26. It includes texture changer. There are 7 awning textures; The L'casita structure provides six total textures. Each wall provide optional 6 decors. Not all the decors are the same for the two walls. You can add your own textures to the build, just use edit links.

This is a small home, yet spacy and cozy. Great for the beach, mountain, or little land. you will not regret it.
