OBJECTS
Bathrooms:
Toilet, sink, bathtub,and shower are scripted with animated poses. .Medicine cabinet in smaller bathroom is scripted as well.

Touch the tip of a faucet (sink+bathtub+shower) for water on/off.(Applies to Kitchen sink also)

Lights:
Most chandeliers and lamps turn on/off by touching the bulbs. Bulb prims have a notecard inside where you can control many of the parameters- Owner or public, glow, intensity, etc.

Doors
Have a notecard inside to control parameters as well -Owner or public, swing, time open.

Furniture
Chairs and couches on the 3rd floor are scripted and have over a dozen sitting poses

Fireplaces
Touch logs for fire on/off

COMES IN A CASPER REZZER
Rezzer is copy, always use a new rezzer from your inventory.

BUILDING IS COPY/MOD but please be aware that unlinking will significantly increase land impact. The rezzer needs room to let all the objects out, please refrain from rezzing close to a parcel border or the rezzer will omit pieces. You can always move the building to where you want it after it rezzes.
