You can check your objects for how much lag they are causing you. Wear the bracelet, touch, and add/detach things you may suspect cause you lag i.e. hair with resize scripts in each prim, shoes, nails, weapons, etc.
Touch and get the reading, others touching your bracelet can get reading as well.
Reads the total scripts on you, and the load to the system.
It works either worn or rezzed. You can modify the size/shape/etc, to fit your needs.
