The house come with two teleports that you can put where you want, one in the first floor and another in the second one.
You don't have to make hard task to manage the teleports, just put one in the first floor and another one in the second floor and thats all.

Lovely house with a but...
This would be a 5-star review, but the windows don't tint or have blinds. I live in a crowded neighborhood and like privacy sometimes.
