Ok, low budget and low prim, that's good. Not saying don't buy it but the scale of this piece is not something I find worthwhile. For a 1.9 meter avatar the steps alone are over knee height.

This is probably the best value item I've ever found here, prim-wise. This fits multiple people, with no awful pose balls. The cedar red color matches my little linden house, so looks built-in when butted up against the patio wall. And best of all... TWO PRIMS!

I appreciate the honesty about prim count, every little bit counts & I didn't waste any money on a hoax!! I just lost 35L on one that said 0 prims, I had space for 20 & couldn't rezz bcuz it said I didn't have room....thought it was odd his comments were hidden! Probably all bad for same reason I was upset!

Simple, cheap, decent looking and very good. It has all that I was looking for, no useless functions and/or posings, and the low prim counting is very important for me. Nice job!
