?????? Full perm? No it is not full perm........it is phantom and no way to make it walkable. Well I guess that I was the sucker this day.

Can not climb stairs, be delivered in phantom, 5 l thrown through the window.
Not well made
Might as well get a lower land impact with a sculpted stair. The "bounding box" for the stairs is to large, thus requiring the stairs to be phantom with an invisible "walkable" tortured prim. 5L$ is over priced.
Hight prim count
The description mentions 2 prims, as well as 22 prims... Well, the land impact, what counts, is 22, which is obviously too high. Otherwise it's a nice stair case, and for only $5? *smiles*
