Simply WEAR it (attaches by default to your center hud) -or- REZ it on a window where you live. Instant snowfall!

Let yourself relax as you watch the calming snow drift randomly down. It has a mildly-hypnotizing effect, so sensitive people might want to set a timer.

CAUTION: while wearing this on hud, you cannot click anything in world. (Hopefully SL will implement a fix for the issue.) So the best thing to do is just sit back and relaaaaaaax.
