Yep, that's this toy. Part of the ~L/Fx~ Misfit Toys Collection.
Evil Monkey bangs its cymbals together endlessly. Clicks on/off with one low-lag script. Eyes glow red, teeth are sharp, claws are black. This is one Satanic monkey.
On the plus side, script contains a hidden "Easter Egg" you might find when you click the monkey off (1% random chance).

This is the DARK GREEN/RED version, with red overalls, dark green straps, and green fur.
