These lovely flowers are labeled as "Spring" plants but the colors are made for Halloween or Fall! Therefore you can use them three seasons out of the year.
They bloom in a square of mulch which is bumpy, like real mulch.

Anyone can kneel at this patch of plants and start to garden, patting the mulch and playing with the plants.
Also, the animation is granted permission via an Experience (rather than old SL methods). The Experience works well, but it requires the landowner to add the "Experience ~Lantian/Flox~" to their land, in order to work right.
