Do you have an Advent Calendar, but it makes you scream with all the menus, cards, drawers, eating-of-inventory, frustrated customers, and steps it takes to load?
This is THE simplest, THE quickest advent calendar you will find.
We humbly introduce... the ~Lantian/Flox~ Quick Advent Calendar.
Instructions:
1.) Choose and rez your calendar version. It should give each day's gift...
- Unlimited to anyone
- One per person to anyone
- Unlimited to group only
- One per person to group only.
2.) Put 24 gifts into the advent calendar.
3.) Optional: put an email address in calendar's description for daily emailed reports.
Walk Away - DONE!
Features of Advent Calendar:

* As simple and quick as possible.
* One flat prim. No menus. No cards. No crying.
* Drop all gifts in contents of prim
- Gives new item each day in ABC order
- Example: on Day 3, gives third item in inventory.
* Keeps a daily list of names who clicked
- Sends owner daily IM of the above
- Sends owner daily email of the above
- (Owner must put email in calendar's description)
* Two calendar versions in box:
- one gives single gift per person per day,
- other gives unlimited gifts per day.
* Transparent texture with snowflakes & numbers
- Place in front of any background you wish.
- Will NOT flicker with other alpha textures
* Works in any month, not just December.
- So if you put it out early, or leave it until January, it will give gifts again.
- Therefore, put it out Nov. 25 or later, so it won't have anything to give.
- (Because you loaded it with only 24 gifts. Got it?)
-> You can use the script in ANY calendar you might own! Just..
1.) Take out whatever script might be in that one
2.) Drop THIS script into the root prim of that one
3.) Put all your gifts into the root prim of that one.
FAQ

Q: How do I control the order of presents?
A: Rename your presents with numbers, so the first present you want to give starts with 1, the second starts with 2, etc. That way they are "alphabetically" in the right order.

Q: I am not receiving emails from the advent calendar
A: Check that your email address, and ONLY your address, is in the description of the advent calendar. No spaces, nothing else. Also, check your email account's spam folder, etc. Emails from the calendar have subject, "Advent Calendar Report."

Q: My calendar script keeps crashing!
A; Please contact Wyvern Dryke. It could be that too many people are clicking your calendar daily, so it cannot keep the full list. (How high is your traffic? O_o')

A: Because I got tired of friends screaming frustrated over calendars with multiple drawers, and notecards that have to be typed out and "loaded," and calendars that eat the presents or refuse to work. This calendar WILL work. Period.
