Zabuton (Japanese Sitting Cushion)

These Zabuton are Japanese sit cushions. They are made with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.

You can place them on a tatami mat (on the floor), on a chair, or on a futon/sofa. These feature lovely winter patterns!

These pillows contain traditional Japanese seiza, or "kneel/sit" poses, as well as Western sitting animations.

What's the difference? The "materials" one loads slower, because it contains more textures. However, it tends to be more beautiful, because it has depth and shine.

FAQ

Q: How do I adjust the poses?

A: Sit on the cushion and click the "Adjust" button from the menu that pops up. A new menu will pop up--click the buttons with X, Y, and Z on them to adjust yourself in those directions, respectively. Click the "Save" button when finished.

Q: How do I add new animations/poses?

A: I have left the "Avpos" notecard modifiable, so you can theoretically add new poses to the menu that way, but it is really easiest if you own the Avsitter scripts.

Q: Will you make custom pillows with my texture?

A: I will sometimes accept custom projects if I have the time. There is a surcharge fee. Please inquire.

Q: Why don't your zabuton cushions have tassels?

A: Most, but not all, zabuton have tassels, so mine are unique. Also, I wanted to keep these low in LI.
