Menu on HUD lets you choose between quite a few included textures.
It is mod, so you can also add your own textures, just edit face. (each room is a separate face)
I have done something new for the Fantasy homes. I have included the ceilings in the shell and HUD. Each room's ceiling is a separate face and can be textured to match the room if desired. I figured there might be some unique textures used in these homes and a white ceiling would not go with the theme.

As advertised, very easy to place with the included hud. Wear hud, rez shell near house controller, hit the AUTO place button on hud. Done. Thank you Spyder Hailfisch , well done indeed.
