Res Front or Rear porch near where you want it.
Click on the AP front or back button.
If it doesn't place read messages in local chat.
The HUD will allow you to match all the LH trim textures
The HUD also has an "OFF" option for the facade stone and trim if you just want the rails in front.
It is mod, so you can add your own textures if desired.

I was so happy to find these railings. I feel they gave my Stable View home a great look, they are easy to install and very happy the facade stone & trim can be turned off as the decorating desires are needed. Also, the creator was very kind too with support and updates.
