Click the Auto Place button on HUD

A shell to cover your floors and allow you to choose new floor textures for each room separately..
Menu on HUD lets you choose between quite a few included textures.
It is mod, so you can also add your own textures, just edit face. (each room is a separate face)

Trust me its worth it. Nicely done. Now I can create own texture and place it.
