There were a couple small problems out of the box, but the creator had fixed them and sent me a new copy the very next day when I logged in. I still see some minor alpha flicker on the shell in places, and the texture alignment on the rounded parts is not perfect, but it's so gorgeous with the stone texture we placed, like a little castle. And the ability to control your exterior so completely is absolutely worth this very modest investment of lindens. Trust that the creator will get RIGHT back to you. Excellent service, excellent product.
