About:
Simple to use chat extension for single/multiple parcel or whole region with customizable height limits.

*** NOTE: THIS WILL USE 1LI PER PERSON BEING RELAYED OVER THE CHAT EXTENDER. ***

Features:
- Extends chat beyond the normal 20 meter limits
- Notify user their chat is being extended (this can't be disabled)
- Users can view current extension settings
- Option to limit to single parcel or whole region
- Multiple parcel possible with an extender rezzed on each parcel
- Multiple connected regions possible with the inter-region relay at the edge of each region
- Optional dialog to ask permission to extend chat for each user

Quick Start:
Rez Chat Extender on parcel you would like to enable it on. Touch to see settings menu, and set the relevant options you want. Then choose "Start".

Menu Help:
Start/Stop - These will start or stop the Chat Extender, as well as remove all current chat relays if any are currently rezzed.
Region/Parcel - This will toggle between the parcel only or whole region mode.
Min Height - Sets the minimum height to extend chat (anyone under this height will not have a relay rezzed for them)
Max Height - Sets the maximum height to extend chat (anyone over this height will not have a relay rezzed for them)
Permissions - This will toggle asking the user before a relay is rezzed, good for people who want to use this as an opt-in solution
Attachment - Toggles between including user's attachments in the relay (useful if user's chat is filtered or redirected by rlv)
[Reset] - Resets the script (removes all relays, and resets all settings on the extender, and disables it)
[Close] - Closes the menu

Multiple Parcel "Mode":
To include multiple parcels in your chat network, place a chat extender on each desired parcel. While all extenders must share
the same owner, the parcels themselves can belong to different people, you just need permission to place objects on them.
Each extender independently manages its parcel's users and relay systems. When moving between parcels, you may briefly
see messages indicating your chat connection switching from one extender to another.

Multiple Region "Mode":
To include another region in your chat network, place an inter-region relay on each side of the region border, within 10 meters
of each other. They will extend the chat to the chat extenders in each region.
