Small lightweight scrolling text banner with multiple size modes.

Features:
- Large and small scrolling text
- Change text color
- Rainbow color mode
- Scroll delay setting

How To Use:
- Set banner text: /8 your text here
- Change text color: /8 color_here (example <1, 1, 1> or white)
- Predefined Colors: red, yellow, lime, cyan, royal, magenta, canary, mint, sky, lavender, orange, white, black, gold, green, purple, blue, violet, brown, silver, gray, pink
- Rainbow Mode: /8 rainbow
- Clear Text: /8 clear
- Change Delay: /8 delay delay_here (ranges from 0.1 to 1.0, default is 0.2)
- Small Mode: /8 small
- Large Mode: /8 large
- Change Channel: /8 channel new_channel (default 8)
