This Estate is a great building fitting in most all environments,
From beach to mountains.
And with only 134 prims you have a great 5 spacious rooms Estate.
Its has a footprint of less then 32x32, so suitable for most parcels.
With lockable doors and scripted fireplace to reduce prim count is this the perfect housing for you.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
