This working laundry room comprises:
Washing machine with options to soak and spin washing, sound effects and animations included.
Also comes with "waiting" animation (sat on top of the washer), "unloading" animation and "folding clothes" animation.
Door opens and closes. 5 prims/LI
Spin Dryer comes with opening/closing door. (you can't see the washing with the door being opaque so left this as decor only) 5 prims/LI
Sink comes with a handwashing anim complete with running water, and 2 hand washing anims with water and soaking clothes. Auto rezzes the water and washing with the anims. 6

Mirror cupboard - 1 prim/LI
Shelf with folded cloth, storage boxes, soap box, bubble bottle and laundry sign - 3 prims/LI
The whole set comes in at 23 prims/LI, although you need up to 5 extra prims on the land to rezz the props as needed.
Everything is copy/mod but the scripts are no mod.
The vendor picture is shown without shadows enabled, all shadows are baked on.

Perfect for those who don't live nearby a laundromat...
I first encountered an item like this in a penthouse belonging to somebody else. The doors were open so I had a quick look inside and saw they had a small area for doing laundry not far from their bedroom. Liking their setup, I decided on searching for more information about it and soon found it on the LISP Bazaar in the Second Life Marketplace. I was pretty intrigued by all the varieties of laundry rooms they had on sale-All for only 500 Lindens! The one I'm reviewing now is the best one I could find. On seeing it was a rezzer made me slightly nervous. But once rezzed, you can decide what components you need and which you don't-Very handy for those who like to keep their prim count manageable! Plus it's low prim and loaded with nifty features! Even better-It's modifiable so you can make it non-phantom if you feel the need. I would recommend it for anyone who wants an affordable, all-purpose laundry area...Cheers to all good folks!
