THIS IS SO SPACIOUS- that My own family and I used to live in this VERY skybox at a few times - I gave even housed breedables, some of my homeless Friends ALL at the same time and it fits us all-

WE even made it a game room on the ground level and made the second floor into rooms

There is even room to make a third and a fourth Floor !!!
