A mesh neon 'Chill'
This neon has 4 modes of operation: always on, always off, flashing and flickering.
Just click the neon to toggle between modes.
The neon has modify permission, that way you can tint it to your preferred color scheme easily (s.a. product picture 2 tinted in red).
Land impact is 2 at a size of about 2.2x0.5 meters.
Also included a Low Land Impact version with LI 1 at 6.4x1.4m.
