This neon has 5 modes of operation: always on, always off, flashing, flickering and random lights.
Just click the neon to toggle between modes.
The neon has modify permission, that way you can tint it to your preferred color scheme easily.
Landimpact is 1 at a size of about 2.5x0.9 meters with excellent LODs.
