A mesh neon with 4 modes of operation: always on, always off, flashing and flickering.
Just click the neon to toggle between modes.
The neon has modify permission, that way you can tint it to your preferred color scheme easily.
Landimpact is 1 at a size of about 2.7x0.5 meters with great LODs.

Just what I was looking for.
Was able to size it a length of more than 4.5m before it went from 1 LI to 2 LI.
