Hover text says 'Touch to get LM' But you can change the hover text and color in hover text script, which is inside the LM giver Pin.

Copy- Mod, so you can also change the color or change the texture of the Pin yourself, you just need to remove the color changing script and put your own texture/color.
The pin has 2 faces, so you can make the changes to both of the faces.
you can also resize and copy as many push pins as you like.
