It's a mesh object, but you have to edit linked parts to resize it, because it's linked to a prim.

If people would just read product descriptions and read instructions that come with the product itself, people wouldn't be so inclined to leave crappy reviews due to their own stupidity. There is nothing wrong with the chain at all, the description is clear enough that it's a rigged Mesh chain that can be resized and edited to fit your own body, the seller said nothing about appliers. I have the Maitreya Lara mesh body and I was able to fit it no problems by adding in a resizer script (you don't even need one to resize it, but it makes things easy) All it takes is common sense, it's called reading. I'll definitely purchase from this seller again in the future!
False Advertising!
She shows appliers on her advertisement and there is nothing in the box that needs it. This is a prim object that requires fitting!
