this log cabin comes copy/mod, it is about 95% mesh, the 3 doorframes at the back are sculpted, and the glass in them is prim, the overall size of the house with porch and patio is 29.76 deep x 31.5 wide, you can remove the porch and the patio and just have the house if you prefer, most of the textures are 3D, and the walls are log shaped, not a flat surface. 1 fire is included in one room and a hearth and brick breast is included in the adjoining room the furniture does NOT come with the house
