Based on our very popular mesh head Alex, Alexis continues the high standards we have set with our previous mesh heads with high quality animations, lots of features and free updates for life!

Alexis's animation system is extremely versatile. There are 12 included animations and each one can be split into the top and bottom half of the face and combined with different expressions to create new expressions. The expressions can be frozen for photos or play through for emoting. You can also add in head movements to further customize the expressions, for example adding a nod to a smile to agree with someone. You can also set animations to play at random times and to react to chat commands. For example Alexis will smile if you type :) in chat.

Plus there are 17 static eye positions that can used for photos and they all react as your eyes naturally would.

Of course, being a Bento head means you can customize the look of your head using the Appearance sliders.

Alexis is also Omega compatible!

Alexis comes with:

5 High Resolution Skins
12 Expression Animations (can be mixed and matched together and with head motions for over 1,200 combinations!)
9 Head Motions
16 Eyeshadows
16 Lipsticks
8 Enhanced Eyeshadows
8 Enhanced Lipsticks
8 Eyebrow Colors
3 Blush
2 Freckles Styles
8 Eye Colors (Tintable)
6 Eyelash Styles
and multiple body options for system bodies.

A gorgeous Bento head with Omega system compatibility & extensive extras.

Maximillion Grant has gone full-out in delivering a completely lovely avatar experience alongside the purchase of this Bento Mesh head. Lovely default settings with the provided shape produce a delightfully proportioned face and head, and the face can be shaped with the Second Life Edit My Shape dialogue -- and due to the skill and care put into crafting this head, a wide variety of lovely faces can be delivered from this product. In fact, it's hard to get a bad result (I tried!)

The product comes with matching skins for system avatars and a huge variety of high-definition body detail styles in tattoo layers, for each of the five skin tones supported in the basic (non-Omega) head. I was able to upgrade my entire body style simply by buying this Alexis Bento Head!

The package also comes with an Omega system compatible head for more options in that styling system, HUDs for customising the head, setting and using animations, and backing up emotes, as well as a lovely set of teeth and eyes, both of which can be swapped out (Halloween & Costume Balls, here I come!)

Try out the FREE DEMO and you, too, will fall in love with this lovely work of art for your avatar!

Versatile, but somewhat lacking.

3.5 stars
I waited for a bento version of Alex to be released, as it was the mesh head that appealed to me most. I am glad that it supports Omega, as third party-specific support is kind of slim. The head responds well to the sliders; a lot of options leave you with little or nothing in the way of deformity, even to some extremes. (Also, and very importantly, no permanent duck lips.) The HUDs are user-friendly and easily navigable.
The two biggest disappointments to me are:

From what I can tell, the head is not innately materials enabled, so you cannot achieve the shine and glossiness that is possible with other heads and mesh bodies (but I presume a third-party skin or Omega make-up/tattoo layer with materials can be applied). This would be a good feature to have out of the box, though, much like the 'Shimmer' slider on the Maitreya body HUD.

Also, the animations are singular, meaning that there is no dynamic and continuous facial AO option. The chat commands and random cycling do somewhat to help this, but you are left with a largely static head, which in some cases is more appealing, but it would be great to have the option of a range of constant, subtle to erratic movements.
I do think the head is a little overpriced for what you get, and based on what I have seen of the Logo Flickr page, there have been no posts since October 2017, so I am wondering (but hoping) if an update to the head is even in the cards.
Ultimately, Alexis is a good-looking head that sells on aesthetic possibility and user-friendliness, but falls short in features and add-ons.

I love the traits of the LOGOs heads I used to use Alex as my main head since it was released and I decided to buy the bento version Alexis.
The fact that I'm giving 3 stars is for two reasons that bothers me a lot and I hope they are corrected in a future update. When and if they are corrected I will come here with all pleasure and modify my review.

1 - When you use an omega skin, the skin is also applied inside your mouth, it is strange when your avatar opens its mouth while talking or doing expressions and instead of having a mouth texture inside it is your skin that is there. I use a pale skin which makes it even more apparent.
2 - The lower dental arch seems to be rigged along with the tongue and any bento animation you use that moves your tongue (ie chewing or showing the tongue) your lower teeth will also come out. This bothers me a lot because it limits my expressions and experience with a bento head. Maybe it's one of the reasons the animation hud does not include animation using the tongue like the old head Alex.

I know it's a recent release and it sure will have updates correcting various aspects as well as add-ons releases (can not wait for this !!). These are my opinions about the product, I will not stop using my head because of this, but I will look forward to these problems being fixed in the future.
