This is it. This is all you need to build giant, unique settlements. Obviously created for post-apoc builds, but will also work great for urban grunge!
This is the pack I wanted when I was a builder, so it's a ton of pieces with a few prefabs to demonstrate what you can do. I've used it to make small houses and a wasteland bar as well as for just generic walls!
Kool door scripted double door gate (shown center), 11 walls including fence/screen/tarp, 2 sets of stairs in 2 textures to mix it up, a guard platform plus double platform prefab, 3 signs, 2 spikes, a random single tire for decor/stacking, plus loose metal and wood pieces and beams. See second pic for contact sheet.
Each piece is 1-3 LI at rezzed size, with most walls around 3M high.
