The Shady Bunker is only 6 LI at about 9.25m x 7 x 4.45 m tall. Includes cat version and a plain version with no text. Item demo is rezzed at the mainstore.
The interior is a single room with a busted/boarded up ceiling. It's a perfect size for an RP home, small trading post, or random spooky spot on your sim!
The mesh is all one piece and cannot be separated, but the shadow/light prim in the doorway can be unlinked if you want to remove it or replace it.
The walkways shown are available separately (see related items).
