If an item is described as an „ ... (Maitreya Applier)“ please „Add“ it to your Avatar and than click on the Layer HUD. Now choose „Underwear“ or „Tattoo“ or „Clothes“ in dialogue menu. Please note: The picture in the Layer HUD gives you a suggestion which of the 3 layer types to choose.
