Here you have a nice horse ranch for those out that breeding amaretto horses. This scene here is perfect for those who are breeding, want to rent land to those who are looking to sell their horses, those who want to hold horse auctions or rent space for people to keep their amaretto horses. Low prim to keep the focus on horses and not a fancy place to will eat up all your prims..not to say this isn't fancy :)

Features:

Fully functioning cowgirl greeter that gives a greeting message to customers with the message you add to note-card, gives out your landmark,your note-card, can each give out an item such as a free gift or advertisement, tells you who came to shop, send you a list to your email with guests and can play 1 sound added to their content such as a 10 second voice message with information or a greeting.

12 Pens/stables for horses to you can use to separate your horses by breed or mate them, rent each one out to customers who need a place to keep or sell their horses. Each pen is 10x10, have sculpted hay and look like mini homes.

In center there are 16 smaller pens for 1 or 2 horses that you can use to rent to people for auctions, have your own auctions, a place to showcase and sell your special horses and more. Add auction or offer boards and your ready to go.

At the end 3 extra 10x10 pens that are more open and in center that can be used for horses that are for sale, special horses, higher priced rental etc.
