There's 4 levels of breathing depth (I think), so you can choose the amount of movement, but it makes random audible voice sounds like 'Oh' or 'Hm-m-m-m' or clearing his throat (which isn't that bad I guess), but the only option is to turn those off and have no sound at all. I wanted the sound to be like just breathing, but it's either all the sounds or none. It would be nice to have the option to choose different sounds, but it's a rather simple hud; Sound on/off, Animation on/off. I would rather have just paid like 99L$ to 150L$ for a breather with no sound at all.

it works str8 from when you add it, and it adds a lot realism to your avatar, animations are super realistic too, love it and seriously recomend it
