Was expected more real: breathing is too deep, and you seem always as just finished a fast rush. Breath animation is too pronounced, excessive. Sounds are inappropriate and no-sense.
I would have liked to buy something that would make my avatar more real, and this is not the right item for that purpose.
Use you 299 linden to buy something else.
