This is the Competitive version of Course #1, the easiest of the 12 ~Ladies' Pleasure~ jump courses.
The course includes 13 fences, a scoreboard, a top scorer tracker, start and finish gates, a full fence surround, run pattern and an instructional easel all loaded into a rezzer. Your set includes the rezzer, 2 ~LP~ Show Jump Riding System kits (for the Water Horse Mesh LH and the Draft), a special vehicle script (for non-Water Horse horses), instructions to assemble your riding systems, & an instructional manual to use both riding systems and jump course.
The course requires a 45x90m plot for the fenced in course, and should have a little more to allow horses to enter and exit the gate.
The full course is 155 prims and does not include the sand footing. The set is 100% mesh. If your viewer cannot show mesh, or If you have issues seeing mesh, you will not be able to see the course.
Mesh is copy/mod; pattern is copy/no mod. Scripting is copy/no mod, so the entire set will show in your inventory as No Mod.
~Ladies' Pleasure~ Stadium Jumping Course uses unique scripting that minimizes lag. When a horse collides with the jump fence, the poles 'drop' rather than scatter, reducing lag from the physical poles scattering, as well as using far fewer scripts. Each ~Ladies' Pleasure~ jump fence uses only 2 scripts per jump, regardless of the number of poles the jump fence may have, plus one script in the detector prim, for a total of 3 scripts per fence. This means ~LP~ jump fences use far less sim resources than other jumps.
Each course is unique, with unique fences and each has a different layout. A rezzable run pattern is included in each set.
Jump course can be set to Owner, Group or All. This will determine who can reset your scoreboard. If you are holding a competition, you will want to set the board to owner or group (where the group is a group of your show officials). Otherwise, leaving it open to all enables people to use your course to practice on.
The Top Score board ONLY records the best score of each competitor, and includes space for up to 10 competitors. Only those riders who are using riding systems or vehicles owned by the course owner with special ~LP~ scripting (included in set) will have their scores tracked by the Top Score board.
The Competitive set also includes 2 special riding system kits and a script that you can use to drop into your own riding systems. The Competitive set will allow all users to use the set, but only those riders who are using riding systems or vehicles owned by the course owner will have their scores tracked by the Top Score board.
The Jump course will also track disqualifying moves: flying, hitting a jump standard, jumping out of order, finishing early, missing a fence, and so on.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Specific to the Sets:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We sell two versions of this set. One is intended for prim horses and noncompetitive avatar horses who may or may not be ridden. The other is intended for competitive ridden avatar horses. This set is for competitive ridden avatar horses and includes special riding system kits for the Water Horse and scripting for the riding systems of other kinds of avatar horse.
**The Competitive version captures the top scores of ONLY those riders/horses who are using a specially scripted riding system owned by the course owner. The same disqualifiers on the course apply.**
Both sets use different scripting and the fences from the two sets CANNOT be interchanged.
Mesh does not always display correctly. This is due to a wide range of reasons, none of which ~Ladies' Pleasure~ can control. However: If your poles appear to remain 'down' after a collision, and you have a Fencer Resetter rezzed in the same parcel/region, and jump fence and Fence Resetter properly named, then you can right click the jump fence with your mouse and the poles will reset to the correct position.
Controlling lag: We've developed this set with the idea of script memory reduction and prim cost reduction as well as mesh optimization to help keep the jump course performing optimally. You can do your part by reducing the amount of script memory you and your horse/rider consume; by reducing your graphics quality, reducing your draw distance and lowering your particle and avatar displays. Don't use solid prim surfaces for your jumping surface, as this will create more lag.
We've tested these jump fences extensively. They are super easy to place and move, and perform with minimal lag.
