You are in the mood for a change of scenery? Then you have to see the newest prefab of LR Script & Design, the LR House 26 v1.
This prefab is builded in an exclusive design in beige and dark brown. As is usual for prefabs of LR Script & Design there are many loving details, like lamps, plants, fireplaces and pictures. In this version you also get the home furnishing as described below.
At the beginning a few basic data:
- LR homeControl (Door/Light/tintet Window/Fireplaces)all functions in one control.
- incl. furnished bathroom with shower-animation, cuddle animation, toilet-animation and scripted water)
- incl. outdoor furniture (with animations)
- incl. furnished kitchen with working stove and refrigator

Actually you won't go into the house, but take a seat outside between two palm trees on the terrace. On two cozy rattan armchair and with the splatter of the fountain you could bear there for hours.
When you step into the house, you'll see a well-spaced living-dining room with an implemented fire-place in the middle. You'll get enough place to invite your friends for having a cozier evening together.
Your friends will be enthusiastic about getting a cool drink out of the well-filled refrigerator. The whole kitchen is already installed in the LR House 26 v1. It's not only looking very stylish, but also fully operative.
You can reach the upper level with a circular stair. There you'll find two more rooms. But don't worry, you don't have to climb up the stairs troublesomely. You could use the installed teleports to each room instead.
The implemented bath - of course in an adequate design - leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with an animated shower, a wash basin, a hot-tub with cuddle-animation and a toilet on which you ... no, we don't disclose everything ;-) You will get the feeling of real life in this bathroom, that's for sure.
The bordering room comes with another fire-place and a balcony with two loungers. Whatever you want to do in this room, you have the space for it ;-) Here you can pick up wonderfully after a stressful day in SL.
An installed LR homeControl System allows to control doors, blinds, fires and lights from each room in the house.
After giving you so many details to the new LR House 26 v1, you shouldn't wait any longer. Hit the road to LR Script & Design and start into the summer with the new LR House 26 v1.

I just bought the 4. house of LR Script & Design and never had a problem with one of them. Also this house rezzed at 100 % and is equipped with all details described above.
As i bought my first house i needed assistance (every beginning is difficult) and send an IM to Nicole McDowell. She was online and came to me a few minutes later. She was really friendly and helpful and answered all my questions satisfactorily.
My result: high quality buildings, first class support - i will buy at LR Script & Design again!!

Ich habe inzwischen das vierte Haus von LR Script & Design gekauft und noch nicht ein einziges Mal damit Probleme gehabt. Auch dieses Haus hier wurde 100%ig gerezzt und verfügt über alle Details, die oben beschrieben wurden.
Und zum Service: Ich benötigte bei meinem ersten Haus eine Hilfestellung (aller Anfang ist schwer) und habe Nicole McDowell angeschrieben. Sie war online und kam schon ein paar Minuten später direkt zu mir. Sie war freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat meine Fragen alle beantworten können.
Fazit: qualitativ hochwertige Häuser, erstklassiger Support - hier kaufe ich gerne wieder ein !!!
I have been looking at a few post about this specific product and as an owner I feel I could give some piece of mind.
when I rez this house my prim count drops by 355. So it takes even more prims than expected.
If you read the add, the furnitures that you get is what descibed. Bathroom, kitchen and some outdoor furnitures. No where it say there are living room, bedroom or other furnitures.
However, the only anim that seem to work is the pose ball in the shower (1 pose only), the one where you wash your both in bathroom and kitchen, the stove top and the one where you read the newspaper while sitting in the bathrom.
None of the chairs, lounger or deck furnitures provide a good sit animation.
The texturing of the house is good and the floor plan too. However the pictures included in them didn't stay long in mine :-)(took them off)
I bought that house in promo for 200L$ on 05/13/10. I am a builder and like to buy some houses to see how is the comepetition. At this price I can't say I have been had. However, it is not worth 1850L$ either.
I don't know the business owner but if I can give him/her and advice it would be the following: Make the best efforts to fully test your products before marketting them. Once a product is available assume that if you made mistake about it, you should find a prompt way to correct and satisfy your customer. If you just want to make money and don't really care about your customer, find a job as an escort, if you are good at emoting you will be surprised how much L$ you can get doing so.
I have a few buisiness on SL, I am not rich, don't want to get rich and don't expect to get rich either. But when one of my customer have a problem, I take care of the problem rapidly.
Ok so for 200L$ I would vote 4 Stars on it. If I would have paid 1850L$ it would be less than 1 Star.
