LR Spata Gacha Shield (Brown Common)

This is a gacha item from LR Weapons by Larion Rhode, Allia Lane. (See image 1)

The scutum was a type of shield used by the army of ancient Rome starting about the fourth century BC. (See image 2, image 3)

LR WEAPONS - SPECIFICS GACHA SHIELD

This shield is built on basic shield script by Alika Sao. It works with GM meter and ZCS meter.

Shields dodge melee strikes always if and only if you have defense left on your meter. Shielding a strike takes defense from you. A shield can shield from ranged attack also though only at 30% success rate and it never can shield a direct hit.
The shield can only be attached to left forearm or left hand.

=====USING THE MENU
The menu appears if you click on the Drawn Shield.

===== CHAT COMMANDS (only channel 1)
Nothing can be communicated with public chat (channel 0).
To draw or sheath the shield type in chat:
/1 draw shield - draws the shield
/1 sheath shield - sheaths the shield
or use the "Hud LRWeapons"

RUN ANIMATIONS
You can manage a running animation affecting only the left arm, holding the shield out as to block arrows or parry hits.
The animation is active only if you run, and is stopped if you stand or walk.
Chat commands:
/1 run animon - Enable the run animation (default)
/1 run animoff - Disable the run animation

COLOR/TEXTURES/RESIZER
Use the "LR Color/Resizer HUD" to change color and the size of the shield.

===== HOW TO ACTIVATE SHIELD
Holding down page down or C key (C key is active only if the Local Chat is close in your viewer) while shield is drawn applies the shield in battle (we suggest to disable your AO).

===== OTHER FEATURES
HUD BLOCK: The shield is not attachable to Hud.

===== GESTURES
In the box folder there is also Draw Shield and Sheath Shield gestures that you can activate.
Activate the gestures that came with this purchase as you will draw and sheath shield much faster using the functions keys.
You can change the key assignment: double click on the gesture and change "Shortcut Key".
If you have problems to activate the gestures pressing keys, maybe you have few gestures bound on one key. To disable them search in your inventory for "active", then right click and deactivate.
