LR house 45 v2 unfurnished version. Retro Revival!!

In memory of one of our first buildings we created a remake of our house 3 – even more beautiful, and technically up to date!!

The house can be integrated in each country. A dreamy tree with flying butterflies gives the romantic touch and spends shade. A pool invites you to enjoy the sunset from the beautiful terrace. As always, the house is supplied with a complete house control system and also a teleportation system is available in each room.

The version 2 (v2) is unfurnished and offers a completely open area on the ground floor, which can be furnished in your style. Upstairs are a total of 3 rooms which are accessible through the hallway. One room has an extra balcony.

A special highlight is the hot tub and the massage table in the spa-area.

The integrated LR homeControl system allows you to lock all of the doors, tint windows, adjust the light or use the fireplaces from any room. You can also determine who is allowed to use the access list on your home control.

In addition, the house has a teleport system, to reach easily every part of the house.

Pay attention to the details of the house. There are many things and functions to discover and you will find no poseballs in the house! No freebie or 10 L$ furniture … only quality furniture and textures!
