L&S Contemporary Cabin
The deco alone included in this makes it worth it even if you trash the house.

---------- PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING ----------

This house is mostly mesh. There are a few parts that are not mesh.
This house is MODIFIABLE.
Scripts are no mod so pieces will show up as no mod but they are indeed mod.

---------- DECORATIONS ----------

There is a lot of optional decorations included.

All optional deco will rez out with the house in mini rezboxes except the bed. (5 total).
All mini rezboxes are labeled with hovertext stating what they are (Kitchen rezbox, Office rezbox etc..)

Decorations are modifiable so you can unlink and use what you want or not use any of it at all.

Outside lighting is clickable to turn individual ones on and off or you can put the included light switch anywhere you want it. (Found in the Extras Folder unless purchased in world)

All non sliding doors are AUTO OPEN when you walk up to them.

The house rezzed straight out of the rez box (not counting the 5 mini rezboxes):

This bed was not created by me. It claims to have 600 animations but I have not tried them all. This bed is just a bonus added in. I was not going to include a bed but hopefully you find it useful!

*Remember this is all optional and can be unlinked to pick and choose the deco you want or you dont have to use any of it at all. The items that rez out from the rezboxes are added and positioned the way I set it up in the pictures. Feel free to change and modify it to your liking if you decide to use.

*It is possible to get the Land Impact lower by linking the sections of the house together after rezzing from the rezbox.
