You CAN modify the tiki lounge:
Please note that in your inventory, the tiki lounge will appear as a "no modify" object. This is because it contains scripts in the fires that are not modifiable. Only these scripts are not modifiable. The tiki lounge itself can indeed be modified.
When you rez the box that contains the tiki lounge, a notecard will appear that will guide you through the setup process. The tiki lounge will rez from a menu on touch and can be positioned simply by moving the box that it rezzed from. If you make a mistake, dont worry, you can always rez a new one and start over.
