Thank you for shopping with LSD - Life Style Design

This is the LSD Harbor Office,

a building that we hope you will enjoy.
This building was inspired by a real building and because we liked it so much, we built it for Secondlife.
The harbor office will surely beautify your harbor or marina. Of course, you can also use the building in any other environment.

We tried to create the building with a good balance between LandImpact and Level of Detail, and we think we succeeded.
We are sure some details will excite you. Of course, the lighting is scripted so that it can be easily linked to other objects.
More lamps can also be added. This does not destroy the linkset.
In addition, the lighting can be controlled via an access list.

The textures are based on materials and can be easily customized thanks to the good UV mapping.
If you don't like the colors of the awnings, they can be easily changed. To change whole textures, you can download the PSD files below.

The scripts in the doors are changeable and can be customized if needed.
The building contains a fire extinguisher, a box for a life preserver, an air conditioner and a power distribution box.
These objects are fullperm and are welcome to be modified and used in your own creations.
IMPORTANT: Selling these objects as individual parts is not allowed.
