This sniper rifle is full permissions and thus can be used in any builds or resold so long as it is set to either copy/modify or transfer only.

The Sniper rifle comes in 3 different textures. It has different parts that ARE detachable:

-Sniper itself
-Scope
-Stand
-The Sniper's clip
