A very reasonable house, HOWEVER...
The house is very nice and the multiple rooms are even better. The only complaint I have about it is that for such a nice house, its using arcaic prim style build methods that go back to when prim size limits were 10x10 (Might be wrong on this size limit).
This house would be absolutely perfect if it was mesh and brought up to todays prim standards. 545 prims is pushing it even for a furnished home. 925 is outlandish. If you have the space to burn, get it. If not? Move on to something better and more efficient with your limited prim space.

No customer service
Due to Sl issues the house was not delivered. I left the seller a notecard requesting redelivery. That was 3 days ago and no response. It may not be his responsibilty, but as this is no transfer, it's good customer service knowing how Sl messes up. I have filed a ticket, myabe Sl can retrieve it from where ever it is. In any case, I will not be purchasing anything else from this seller.
